At REV1 MOTORSPORTS, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Some items may ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping Times

  • Estimated shipping times vary based on product and location
  • Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control

REV1 MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our facility or supplier.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier:

  • REV1 MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • All risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims

We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance and signature confirmation when available.


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item
  • Claims may be denied if not reported within this timeframe

We will assist where possible, but final resolution is subject to the shipping carrier’s policies.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • REV1 MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier
  • We are not obligated to replace or refund items marked as delivered

Freight Shipments (If Applicable)

For large or freight shipments:

  • Customer must inspect the package at the time of delivery
  • Any damage must be noted with the driver before signing
  • Failure to document damage upon delivery may result in claim denial

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
  • REV1 MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs
