REV1 MOTORSPORTS
At REV1 MOTORSPORTS, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts, all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with REV1 MOTORSPORTS, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All original components, hardware, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
- The return request must be submitted within 20 days of confirmed delivery
- The item must not show any signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification
Any product that does not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved by REV1 MOTORSPORTS.
- Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or denied
- REV1 MOTORSPORTS reserves the sole right to approve or deny any return request
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
This fee covers:
- Processing and handling costs
- Inventory restocking
- Payment processing and administrative expenses
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping-related costs, including:
- Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable reshipping fees if a return is denied
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as REV1 MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- A 2.5% payment processing fee may be deducted from the refund total
- Refunds are issued only after the item passes inspection and meets all return conditions
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process after approval
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Items returned after the 20-day return window
- Special order, made-to-order, or custom products (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim
REV1 MOTORSPORTS will work to resolve verified issues as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped
- Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
- Canceled orders may be subject to a payment processing fee
Chargebacks & Disputes
REV1 MOTORSPORTS takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously.
- Customers are expected to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a dispute
- Any chargeback filed without prior communication may be considered fraudulent
- We reserve the right to provide all documentation, including delivery confirmation and communication records, to dispute any chargeback
